This was a total house renovation upgrade to create open spaces for friends and family to gather as well as increase the energy efficiency. We installed all new doors and windows, siding and upgraded insulation to exceed new Vermont energy codes.

A wall was removed creating a spacious keeping room adjacent to the newly redesigned and updated kitchen.   A door in the keeping room extends the living space to a newly built large deck.

The upstairs bedrooms received new hardwood flooring, increased lighting, new windows and fresh paint. The stairway was rebuilt and new railings added. The bathroom was enlarged and updated with a tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.

New random width white oak flooring was installed throughout the whole house.
